I've just discovered that in North Dakota, 14 1/2 year olds can get their FULL DRIVERS LICENSE. And, "if teens wait until they are 16 to obtain a license, they are not required to complete drivers training". How about, scary
haha, actually, Fargo is 5 times the size of Adrian and has super busy roads! I have to take an expressway just to get to work. however, once you head out of Fargo...yeah..there is nothing. lol
I once drove into N.Dakota with my girlfriend at the time (we were crossing the border from Cananda) and there was like a 11yr old boy driving a pickup. I also thought and still think thats crazy.
